Workplace Mindfulness

I offer short and half-day workshops in organisations, 
designed to help staff cope better with stress and improve wellbeing and mental clarity. The increasingly frantic pace of working life has resulted in
high levels of anxiety and imposter syndrome  We
 lose hours every week to scattered multi-tasking and overwhelm.

How can creating a little more space in our day make us more productive, more efficient, more focused, and able to appreciate our lives?


This mindfulness workshop will introduce practical techniques which can help to transform the working day, such as:

  • sitting meditation

  • mindful walking

  • the '3-step breathing space'

8-week course

This Mindfulness in the 
workplace course presents Mindfulness tools drawn from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)/ and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

The length and format of the course can be adapted to fit the needs of your organisation.

Normally offered as a weekly session, this gives participants a chance to practise on their own between sessions, and to share their experiences of mindfulness each week and how it has affected their day
to day experience.


It's a wonderful and  effective way of embedding the techniques within daily life at home and at work.

Mind–Body workshops

Mind-Body classes based around Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to enable people to notice where they are holding tension in body and mind, and offer confidence-building strategies to bring calm and relief from overwhelm. 


This approach is particularly beneficial for tackling issues such as imposter syndrome and anxiety in the workplace.


The Mind–Body element weaves techniques from Mindfulness in with sitting/standing Pilates (doable within the office environment), to create in-the-moment strategies that can be done at a desk for enhancing energy and positive mindset in the workplace.
