Being a mum is a wonderful, challenging and relentless job. Mothers are on demand 24/7 and rarely prioritise self-care to fill their cup, which, let's face it mamas, we're always pouring from. You can't pour from an empty cup!

Mothers' Wellness evenings are a monthly event, offering a space for local mums to get together, connect in a likeminded and nurturing environment: share the fun and trials of being mum. There are nibbles, tea (and sometimes prosecco), there are life coaching activities from my book The Supermum Myth, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) meditations, Pilates breathing, movement and stretching.

Too often our motherhood experience is clouded by 'shoulds' and self doubt. This postnatal wellbeing session utilises techniques from Pilates and mindfulness to connect to your body, calm your mind and spirit, silence your inner critic and enhance your feelings of self-compassion and confidence.

Learn to meet yourself where you are now, organise your thoughts by tuning into your internal dialogue and taking stock of your stress and anxiety levels, using coaching tips and techniques from The Supermum Myth.

The session finishes with a guided meditation, offering you takeaway tools for staying calm and confident within day to day motherhood mayhem. Prepare to be pampered in soul and spirit.

'Last night was magic. The space to think, share and feel less alone. Thank you.'

'Loved it. It felt so good to be in such an open, honest, warm and supportive environment. It had been a tough week and it was so good for the soul.'
