Booking essential

By taking part in an online Pilates class, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to join the class.

You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions. It is your responsibility to let the teacher know before the class if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. By joining the class you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your teacher. 

 

Private sessions
 

A private zoom 1:1 session is a great opportunity to find a deeper understanding of Pilates fundamentals for your own personal progression and strength, and get rapid results.


You can really enhance your practice in the group environment and deepen your understanding of Pilates principles to make the exercises much more effective.

Private sessions – 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, or the full hourly fee will be charged.

All matwork zoom classes are 40 minutes long. 

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment is required before the start date of the course.

On attending the first class, no refund can be given for cancellation of the term.

Matwork classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.

If a class is missed, the recordings will be available.

MAMA MIND–BODY coaching

A step-by-step, 4-week personal Mind–Body coaching programme for your wellness. strength, energy and vitality.

Working together in 1-2-1 sessions over Skype or Zoom, I create a programme tailored to your needs.

 

We'll focus on your physical strength: pelvic floor, diastasis recti and body strength and balance.  We will also look to the emotional and mental aspects of matrescence: using meditation and MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy), and coaching techniques for a calmer, more resilient you.

I'll create an ongoing programme for your home practice, and be 
available via Skype or email for advice and information between sessions.
