MAMA MIND–BODY coaching
A step-by-step, 4-week personal Mind–Body coaching programme for your wellness. strength, energy and vitality.
Working together in 1-2-1 sessions over Skype or Zoom, I create a programme tailored to your needs.
We'll focus on your physical strength: pelvic floor, diastasis recti and body strength and balance. We will also look to the emotional and mental aspects of matrescence: using meditation and MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy), and coaching techniques for a calmer, more resilient you.
I'll create an ongoing programme for your home practice, and be
available via Skype or email for advice and information between sessions.
