If you're unable to make your usual session you may drop into another class within the block, subject to available space. You can swap a missed course session for a workshop by paying the difference.

Private sessions
 

A private 1:1 session is a great opportunity to work harder, find a deeper understanding of Pilates fundamentals and get rapid results.


We can either have the session at Body Balance Pilates in Peckham, or I can visit you at your home. You can really enhance your practice in the group environment and deepen your understanding of Pilates principles to make the exercises much more effective.

Private sessions – 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, or the full hourly fee will be charged.

Terms and conditions

All matwork classes are 60 minutes long. 

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment is required before the start date of the course.

On attending the first class, no refund can be given for cancellation of the term.

Matwork classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.

There is no transferral of matwork classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.

If a class is missed, an alternative class may be attended, during that term, subject to availability.

Mindfulness for mums
 

The transition to motherhood is a challenging one. I can help you to feel calmer, more confident and stronger as you negotiate the changes in your body and your identity in the first years of motherhood.
 

4-week group course offering mindful ways through the mayhem. Ways for finding peace, learning how to tune into your intuition, and let go of guilt and self doubt.

Contact me if you'd like me to tailor this course for your antenatal group or new mum group, we can have the sessions at your home.

MAMA MIND–BODY coaching

A step-by-step, 4-week personal Mind–Body coaching programme for your wellness. strength, energy and vitality.

Working together in 1-2-1 sessions and over Skype, I create a 
programme tailored to your needs.

 

We'll focus on your physical strength: pelvic floor, diastasis recti and body strength and balance.  We will also look to the emotional and mental aspects of matrescence: using meditation and MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy), and coaching techniques for a calmer, more

resilient you.

I'll create an ongoing programme for your home practice, and be available via Skype or email for advice and information in between sessions. 

You'll never regret investing in your strength and vitality for your ongoing motherhood journey.

I offer a version of this programme via Skype/Zoom,

if training in person is tricky.
