'I started classes with Anya after a physiotherapist suggested I use Pilates to manage my back injury. I was nervous about exercise as it seemed to exacerbate the pain, but I have always felt in good hands with Anya. She takes an individualised approach - adapting exercises for each participant as necessary. Pilates has helped enormously and I am no longer using any pain medication. I look forward to the class each week and am pleased to feel like I'm making progress! Anya's antenatal Pilates classes were great for keeping me moving during my pregnancy. I even used some of the movements in my labour!'
